Excellent breakfast variety!

This place suits me perfectly with its free wi-fi, outdoor swimming pool, and 24-hour reception. On my first visit, staff helped me with town info, which I greatly appreciated. Highly recommend their pool area! Coming back for my business trip.

Had an amazing getaway with my friends! We explored the stunning Mall of the Emirates and enjoyed the beach vibes at Jumeirah. The hotel was a perfect base with great service, pool area, and clean rooms. Don’t miss the mini-market for snacks late at night!

For an afternoon treat, visit the rooftop bar for refreshing drinks and a perfect sunset. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway!

my stay at novotel was fantastic. manager zidan was super helpful, explaining transport options and offering great itinerary suggestions. the superior family room was comfortable, and the front desk staff exuded warm hospitality. the outdoor pool area is a perfect spot for families or gatherings, making it a memorable experience.

The stay was exceptional, marked by a convenient location just minutes from the World Trade Center Metro Station. The room was spacious, clean, and had sustainable amenities, which I found quite impressive. The staff provided outstanding service, notably during breakfast, where the team was attentive and the food selection was satisfactory, featuring fresh options and delightful pastries.

The room was comfortable and clean, making our stay very enjoyable. The breakfast was a highlight with delicious home-made sweets, showcasing variety. While the walk to the nearest Metro station was extensive, the air-conditioned walkway made the journey manageable.

I had a pretty good stay honestly, the pool was gorgeous and the staff was attentive, especially Moshin, who was great with room service. Can't forget the smoked mackerel I tried, but it leaves me wondering. where's the smoked tuna? That's the real question.

It wasn't exactly cheap but still acceptable for what you get in return.

The executive king suite impressed with spaciousness and a comfortable bed, making it easy to catch some quality rest. Access to the World Trade Center through the hotel provided a convenient, climate-controlled route to meeting spaces and dining options.

Getting the shower water warm took too long, and I had a couple of mornings with only cold water—probably an issue with high occupancy. Also, some signage is necessary for those coming from the metro. I was initially unaware that the hotel connected directly to the World Trade Center, which could save a lot of walking in the heat.

I loved the comfortable seating areas in the lobby, which provided a relaxing space to unwind. The hotel was very accessible, with helpful staff readily available to assist me whenever I needed it.
